Recover Your Password


If you lost your password:
For your protection, passwords can be reset but not retrieved. You will be e-mailed a new temporary password to access the system, and you will be able to use the "Change Password" function to set it to the password you would like after logging in.

It is possible that your e-mail system has accidentally marked our messages as SPAM. Here are some suggestions to help prevent our messages from being filtered by your e-mail system:

  • Check your local 'SPAM,' 'Junk,' or 'Trash' folder on your e-mail client. If not available through your local e-mail, this folder is sometimes accessible through an internal company website. Check for a message from our service at the date and time you would have expected to receive an e-mail communication from us. If you find that our message has been filtered, select the message and indicate that any message from "info@myprintermanager.com" is not SPAM, which should prevent messages from being filtered in the future.

  • White list "info@myprintermanager.com" on your local e-mail client. Some e-mail clients have the ability to manually white list a sender, which means you should receive all communications from us in the future.

  • Ask your IT department to white list "info@myprintermanager.com" This should automatically white list our server for your whole company, which prevents each user from having to white list us individually.
